"I could tell pretty much the second..."
I could tell pretty much the second I sat down that this seat wasn’t going to work for me. It’s just too hard and not comfortable to sit on for long.

"Really feels overpriced"
I came away feeling disappointed with this. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot more solid and impressive, but it just doesn’t give off that quality feeling at all. The features are okay, but nothing made me feel like I’d gotten my money’s worth. Even dealing with support didn’t help much, and that kind of left me feeling even more frustrated. I keep thinking I should’ve just gone with a cheaper option somewhere else.

"Warm water doesn’t stay warm"
The warm water starts out fine, but then it turns cold quickly. I reached out to support and they basically said it’s kind of expected depending on usage, but it’s still annoying every time. The whole reason I wanted it was for the warm water, so when it doesn’t last, it makes the bidet feel a bit pointless for me.

"Heated seat is barely warm again"
I mainly bought this for the heated seat, so it’s frustrating that it barely gets warm. Even on the highest setting, it feels okay for a few minutes and then fades out like it’s not really doing much at all.
I’ve checked the settings, unplugged it, tried it again, and it’s the same issue again. I’m tired of messing with it at this point. For the price, I expected the heat to actually last

"Remote is frustrating and kind of confusing"
I really wanted this to be simple, but the remote has been annoying to use. The buttons aren’t very clear, and there’s a delay, so I keep pressing the wrong thing. To make it more confusing, the email I got says one thing while the actual setup/controls seem to work another way. It’s not the biggest deal, but it’s more hassle than it should be.

"Nozzle always feels gross to deal with"
Cleaning the nozzle is such a pain. It never really feels clean enough, and the whole process feels a bit unhygienic. It also seems like it wasn’t handled or designed with much care, because I’m always left feeling like I need to clean it again.

"Started leaking way too soon"
I bought this from biobidet.com and it started leaking after only a few weeks. Had a plumber take a look and he said the fittings seemed kinda questionable. Just not worth the hassle for me, I had to shut the water off twice because of it.

"I've used it a few times now..."
I've used it a few times now and it barely does anything. Clothes come out damp like dryers just don't work anymore. I feel like I have to run everything twice, which is frustrating.

"Pressure is disappointing"
I got this mainly for the wash feature, and the water pressure just isn’t there. Even turned all the way up, it feels like barely anything is happening. I checked the hose and messed with the settings a bit, but that didn’t really change much. For what it costs, I expected it to work a lot better. Not really happy with this one.

"Still Waiting, and It Feels Avoidable"
I’m still waiting on my order, and the whole thing has been frustrating. Shipping is taking way longer than expected, and the tracking hasn’t updated at all, so I have no idea where it actually is. I reached out to support, but they basically just told me to keep waiting. Feels like an avoidable issue if the tracking and communication were better.

"Premium vibes... if premium means plastic toy"
I really wanted to like this, but the design feels poorly thought out and the plastic parts are definitely on the cheap side. It has that special “will this survive normal use?” kind of energy, which is always reassuring. Overall, it just looks cheap and feels flimsy.

"Warranty process could’ve been much clearer"
I tried to get help with a warranty claim, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I kept feeling like I wasn’t getting clear instructions on what to do next, and in the end, I didn’t really get the support I needed

"Was hoping it would hold up better"
I bought this from Bio Bidet at first I was happy with it. I remember thinking, okay, this was probably worth the money. But after a few months, some of the parts started feeling loose, and now it leaks here and there. The seat also just feels cheaper than I expected. For the price, I really thought it would last longer, so yeah, kind of disappointing.

"Customer service never gets back to you"
I’ve been waiting for help and still haven’t heard anything back. On top of that, the terms seem to keep changing, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. It’s really hard to know where you stand when no one replies

"I ordered this Bio Bidet after double-checking..."
I ordered this Bio Bidet after double-checking the measurements, so I figured it would be fine, but it ended up not lining up right with my toilet at all. The seat sat slightly crooked, and getting the bolts in was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Maybe it fits other toilets better, but on mine it just felt like a hassle from the start. Disappointing, especially since now I have to deal with returning it after wasting the time trying to make it work.
